Overall Position Description:
This is a newly created position to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy energy services company. Responsibilities include, but are certainly not limited to, managing staff (field services and scheduling/7 total currently), assessing and creating work flow/systems/processes, troubleshooting and client communications, with full accountability for maintaining client loyalty and building relationships with new partners. We have an excellent team in place; all are certified or in the process of becoming certified as RESNET HERS Raters, and they are a dedicated, hard-working group. Managing staff and procedures will the primary focus of this position.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and a relocation package is available.

If you are a person that shows up, ready to work, and are interested in learning about the residential energy efficiency industry, then this may be a great opportunity for you. This is an entry level position and we provide all training and certification. There is plenty of room for advancement; it will depend on your motivation.
Job requires several stops per day at construction sites, using specialized equipment for testing and inspecting for efficiency practices. Visual as well as equipment testing will be required. Must be physically able to work in and around construction areas, including climbing ladders and crawling under buildings and into attics. In addition, there is computer entry of field data and building plan information on-site and in the office.
This is a full-time, year-round position, with the majority of the work day taking place in the field. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties. Must have a clean driving record; a DMV report is required.
Energy efficiency industry or construction/drafting knowledge would be a plus, however is not required. We are looking for candidates that want to pursue a career. There is a lot of potential for advancement and several certifications that can be attained for the candidate that is motivated.
