Overall Position Description:
This is a newly created position to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy energy services company. Responsibilities include, but are certainly not limited to, managing staff (field services and scheduling/7 total currently), assessing and creating work flow/systems/processes, troubleshooting and client communications, with full accountability for maintaining client loyalty and building relationships with new partners. We have an excellent team in place; all are certified or in the process of becoming certified as RESNET HERS Raters, and they are a dedicated, hard-working group. Managing staff and procedures will the primary focus of this position.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and a relocation package is available.
